Hi Voltage RM Series

 ARCO offers this series of capacitors specifically for applications requiring higher working voltage ratings such as high voltage power supplies and voltage multiplier circuits. The multi-layer ceramic construction offers a significant size advantage over disc type equivalents and the rugged epoxy encapsulation affords protection from moisture, contaminants, and mechanical damage in the most severe environments. The capacitors are designed and manufactured to meet or exceed the requirements of Mil-C-39014 and Mil-C-20. They are also available in chip form.

"Developed to meet today's Demanding requirements, ARCO's "State-of-the-Art" chip and leaded Hi-Voltage MLC Ceramic Capacitors are designed to withstand up to 3000 working volts. Applications in FAX Modems, SMPs and Test Equipment are most common where small size and reliability are most important."

1. Type of Capacitor: RM (Hi-Voltage)
2. Temperature Coefficient: N= NPO; X= X7R
3. Capacity: EIA Code where the first two digits are significant and the third designates the amount of zeros to follow.
4. Tolerance: J= 5%; K= 10%; M= 20%
5. Working Voltage: 500= 501; 1000= 102; 2000= 202; 3000= 302
